Here is a registry trick that allows you to modify the label of your Recycle Bin icon to any value you feel like.

1. The first step is to open the Registry Editor, so click Start  and in the Start Search field type regedit and hit Enter.
2. Within the editor navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Explorer -> CLSID -> {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}.

3. Once you have reached this point look in the right pane, right click the (Default) subkey and select Modify...

4. Enter the value you want to name your Recycle Bin. When done click OK.

5. Now refresh your desktop to view the new label for the Recycle Bin.
